Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment.

Shipping Locations

• We currently only ship within Puerto Rico and the United States.

• We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• All orders are shipped via USPS.

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

• Estimated delivery times:

• Puerto Rico: 1-3 business days

• United States (Mainland & Territories): 1-3 business days

Tracking & Updates

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

• Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to reflect.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in transit.

• If your package is missing, please contact USPS and provide your tracking number.

Returns & Exchanges
